Archer/Hunter Level 105 Spellspam Health

Basically what the title says, looking for a spellspam build with relatively high health. No Mythics, Crafteds, Hive, or LI items please. I’m somewhat undergeared because I went from Level 97 to 105 just sitting in a Frozen Fort party.

 

This is a very solid build that's uber easy to get. All the legendaries and rares are obtainable and cheap, plus no mythics, crafted, hive, and LI items. Plus 1 mana spammable bombs with curse, and 60k EHP
