As you can see, I don't have Wynntils, so this might or might not be better than the current #1

 

Yeah, this means I am believe that I could put something better on the thread, the stat order of scale is walk speed > mana regen > main attack > spell, so with red meele i do not think it is #

The overall chance for a perfect lower is somewhat high and other non-perfects could beat this by having their bad stat in like haul or something where it doesnt really matter as much

 

There's probably better somewhere, but I'll claim it for now

There's also this, I'd say it's better than Yoshi's, but really up to the user what they value.

also took out some items that likely weren't #1

 

i mean, the whole playstyle of lower is placing down a totem and then leaving it there and spamming your other spells so i'm fairly sure its the least important one, and its only missing 1 mana. On top of that the chance of a perfect lower is 0.0002 meaning it'd take about 5 thousand Lowers to find one, which, considering they each take an orange wybel run, is quite a large number. I've never heard of a perfect, or better lower, so until its heard off, i'm fairly sure its best lower. On top of that, i did the calculations and the odds of that lower are better than that of other items listed, although easier to obtain...
