Game Mechanics Let Us Fish In Boats! V2

This is a repost w/ a poll because I have no clue how to add one, gonna delete my old post.

I've been leveling up my profs a lot, and with fishing there are a ton of areas in the middle of rivers or lakes that are just not easily accessible to make it worth it to fish at those locations. Would it be so bad to enable fishing out of boats so it gives them an extra use and we don't have to wade through water every few seconds for an extra fish?

Edit: I also realize that when I tried to fish in a boat it gave me the dialogue as if I was on a horse, so they may have to reprogram how the game views boats so they're separate for this to work.
