Media Legendary Island Hic ( High Intelligence Compiler ) Build

Melee mage has always been a very interesting build niche for me, as mage has 3 (!) spells that are still useful without damage (other classes just have movement/war scream).
-Heal: You like having full health? Cool.
-Teleport: Best combat movement spell (probably tied with Vanish), instant escape from a mob charging right at you (also good for panic teleport + heal!)
-Ice Snake: Melee warriors will know the pain of having a mob push you away or running faster than you, but mage can just halt anything.

Problem: how to get mana? Attack speed gear has only a few with mana, and uh..



That's not going to cut it. So, the build is at a point where you'll need to stack tiers AND some mana + intelligence.. ouch.
So it has to come from accessories and weapon.. but what weapon to use?
The choice has been made..

It is far from rainbow build! It is the most gamer of all quad builds: ETFA + Intelligence!
And I will use it to destroy Legendary Island, proving it is not a rainbowslap!
