    Make a ship on Corkus that will being you to legendary island for free, but only if you are level 95 or above.
    (Yes i know you can tp scroll or swim there, this is just more convinient)

    Interesting idea, however I think this should be behind a quest that has some backstory to Li or something to do with it.
    Or maybe just a simple fetch quest.
