If no one solves it, will the person who has the closest answer get the mythics?

This looks pretty interesting, I wonder who will win... That's the second one, the first one I'm still trying to decipher.

That cypher has already been solved, and isn't part of the first cypher.

This may be just some coincidence but I think I found a pattern.

    So the numbers are:
    02 23 34 50 23 43 30 02 34 32 43 02 00 43 02 00 23 42 41 00 01 02 20 41

    and the link is:
    zmkp://iixhvnqf.uhd/w1k10mrt

I 100% assure you that zmkp = http because file is local storage and there is no other prefix to the URL other than https which is 5 letters.

    using a = 1, b = 2, ect. we get this for the first 4 letters
    Z (26)
    M(13)
    K(11)
    P(16)

now add the first four numbers with them
    Z (26) 02
    M(13) 23
    K(11) 34
    P(16) 50

Now here is the pattern that works for a few.
    This is one exception.
    Z (26) 02
    M(13) 23

    Z (26) / 02 = M(13)
    Yolo

    ok so 11(K) + 23(adjacent M) = 34(adjacent K)
    then 16(P) + 34(adjacent K) = 50(adjacent P)
Then the pattern stops there :P.
However I suspect for each section of URL there is a different pattern.
Also how this relates to http I have no idea.

The URL can't be http thou
Two major problems with that: One there's only 4 letters in the URL given to us, but https has 5. zmkp =/= https or http
Two, it also can't be http because the m and k should either be both k or both m instead. So as for the first part of the URL, we have no idea

Sure, that logic for the http works if we knew it was a monoalphabetic substitution cipher, but, i think it is more likely that it is a polyalphabetic substitution cipher

Can you explain what a polyalphabetic substitution cipher is? Also is it safe to assume you know the code to the cipher because xFTB tagged you for no apparent reason? Or are you part of the cipher itself?

Well, monoalphabetic is where you only shift using 1 cipher alphabet, where polyalphabetic is shifting with several, allowing multiple cipher text letters to equal 1 plaintext letter,'
