Media Lament Or Nepta

I think 100% elemental would be nice for lament, or maybe give it an extra powder slot.

Don’t really have a problem with nepta it is just a strong weapon.

 

thats like saying depressing weapons are unique because they deal no damage, but there not unique there bad and there are no boring mythics unless you already own them all then it might be boring

 

Depressing weapons ARE unique though, saying they're not because they're terrible is like saying Logan Paul isn't a complete retard just because he makes terrible content.

 

ok some other bad item like aquamarine, its bad so no one wants it and theres nothing good about it so no one cares, so if we gave it like -100% walk speed would that be a good item change because it would be unique then

 

Good health, no negative element defenses, 2 mana regen, decent enough damage, lenient requirements...

 

Pretty much outperforms Pisces in every way aside from melee damage.

 

I have never seen a player use that helmet, and im sure you havent in a build

I bet you haven't seen players use a chain-lightning-cross-explosion build with a super slow bow. Yet it freaking rocks.

There are plenty of items that don't get recognition and are over-shadowed by the meta. When people avert away from it, there are some interesting builds that unfold. It doesn't mean they are THE BEST, but they do their job effectively.

thats probably 10x better than this helmet though and the reason people dont use it is probably because no one knows that chainlightning can do that stuff

 

Yes, a full build is 10x better than a single item. Why wouldn't it be?
