I get that 4s hpr makes it similar to ls but wouldn't we need alot of reblances to keep that from being a bit to strong? Like I know hpr got nerfed from 7.5-10 because Jaydon was abusing it leading the item team to thinking it was to powerful but realistically if we took the current hpr model to like 6 seconds wouldn't that be enough? Like i'm just thinking balance wise and what have you.

Try making some builds and see.

After all, with lifesteal you can currently do this: https://wynndata.tk/s/sk0h49 which looks tankier than it actually is, and no one is calling lifesteal overpowered in general. This isn't even with full lifesteal investment. Consider that if you lean in to max hpr (excluding AoR ofc), you're topping out at around 4k without mythics and something like 6-7k with Ignis. And hpr can't proc on multiple mobs like lifesteal can.

I suppose if you have somthing like gaea+elder oak you're right it might not be that powerful. I still feel like healing 5 thousand every 4 seconds might be a little to strong...but then again your damage is nuked so idk. We just need to experiment with changes in game.
