Lag Spikes

I've been running into some pretty bad lag spikes usually after 6pm CST. I have 12000 MBs of memory allocated and average about 150 fps. Every once and while I play all damage and abilities I use are delayed by 5+ seconds. I have no lag in discord or my web browser or anything. I assume it has something to do with my connection to the server but I know it's not my internet. My PC is more than enough and I see 0 FPS drop. Open to any ideas
