I come back to life because of the fact that I had hidden my life source on everest, which if you destroy, you destroy hill Everest, which then you lose.

I tell the government to put you in Area 51 to the cause of you being a hill, where they experiment on you and accidentally kill u. Then, since I now have power over the government, I take the hill, claim it, and make it under government protection.

Sorry kiddo but that is a confession to murder so you lose the hill and it is auctioned off, where I then buy the hill. I then build a military base on top of it which makes any air and ground assault near impossible.

I bring Ike, Marth, Robin, Lucina, Chrom, Hector, Takumi, Xander, Camilla, and Ryoma. Since you probably don't know who those people are, let's just say they're OP and can rip your base to shreds. Ryoma dodges literally every bullet you shoot. Takumi murders all of your troops from afar. And Ike completely levels your base with a swing of the legendary blade Ragnell. When the cops come, as the only witnesses alive we all just go "Holy **** it was a massive sinkhole!"

"No one's going to want to but the property now." The cop shakes his head. "It's completely useless."

"We'll take it for one dollar, actually."

And so we build a massive fortress, move our now repaired kingdom of Renais, and garrison every legendary hero in the barracks.

You realize you are on a hill. You go away to enjoy your life, and I claim the hill. Then, I step a distance away and put a black hole down. it sucks up the hole to somewhere else [not destroyed.] You can never locate it because it is in an alternate universe in the past, and taking it would alter the space time continuum and if you take it or claim it you will come back to the present dead.
Then I walk away and use my life more productively.

 

If the black hole was large enough to safely suck up the hill it's enough to immediately kill you. You also ended the universe. So I'm just gonna call Salted to go and repair the damage that you just did. He resets the hill back into the original location and removes the black hole. I then buy the hill(again) and build a fort that can defend against super op people that don't technically exist. Also no remains were ever found of your body.

 

Did I mention I removed the black hole immediately after the hill was sucked up? Also, if thats not allowed, it means that you also died.

Other option - I was not killed, I was lost in space. However, I find that I crash land on an alien planet with 1,000 years advanced tech so I borrow a fighter jet [Aka power of a billion nukes] and go to earth, blow your damn fort up forever, and then claim the hill, with 4 said fighter jets patrolling it. Also, the are piloted by your clones who are now owned by me and cannot be rebellious, and so they know your every move and prevent it immediately.

If you call the FBI or the government to get the hill because you bought it, I will show them your signed contract [From the clones] saying you give the land to me, thereby making the government my power as well.

If you try to persuade the clones to rebel, they shoot ballistic nukes at you, and do not destroy anything except human life forms, which my clones are not. I will be staying in a non nukeable palace inside the walls of the kingdom.

Everything there cannot be nuked, infected with disease, teleported into, the floor is unbreakable, and the hill was put on an elevated platform where it is surrounded by unpenetrable glass.

 

Good job, the power of a billion nukes would effectively destroy the entire planet. So you blew up the hill.
