Just Lost Some Donator Perks

    I had gotten hero around 8:30 PM EST, all fine and good. then just now at 12:15 AM EST it just said thanks for purchasing hero for a second time, wiped my skins + particles, and gave me a crate and 6 totems. Is this supposed to happen?

    EDIT: Also lost bombs. I kept class slots and pets.

    EDIT 2: My 'magic' particles are still playing around me, but when i try to go into the Effects to disable them- i can't, it says i have none

    Doesn't say you do for VIP/+ on the current store, so doesn't seem like it would say that
