What moe already said. You should get video proof, could be possible that this guy didn't even lag and u just took a picture of him while he was mid jumping after the parkour. I'm not accusing you of trying to get people falsely banned, but there is always that possibility so video proof is way more trustable than a singular image.

The other possible explanation is that s/he has severe lag. How? You may ask. Because after finishing the parkour you receive TWO boosts, not just one. First, you get a jump boost, and second, you get a speed boost. So, it's possible to have the jump boost, jump up anywhere in the lobby, then get lagged on your internet. So, s/he could have finished the parkour, come back to the lobby, jumped, and lagged. It's also possible, as you suggest, that s/he is using a modified client, aka, a hacked client.

What?! I just went up there, and I didn't get any jump boost either . . . . did something change, or has a new trigger been added? Good call, devnull. I haven't heard about this changing, that I remember, but it seems that it has changed.
