    What does that have to do with Detlas? He says, "I would try looking under some houses in Detlas", not around Detlas, not somewhat near Detlas. I think you might be overthinking this.

    Wait hold on, the port holes are using coal, possibly reffering to darkness. However, there is absoloutly nothing inside the porthole, its just 1 block

    Nope. Just Detlas. Unless Jumla had the ingenious idea to screw with us by saying "Check Detlas" when in reality he meant "Check Detlas (omg I am trolling these people so hard, it's actually in Rodoroc)".

    I don't know if this helps but there is a cave near detlas that has a sight in it saying

    "I hid it behind the waterfall"
    Maybe this could be a clue?
