I would like to start in the deadlands, perhaps a small encampment of survivors.
If not, then in a small town called Adokat in the Thick Forests of the North West

 

Why you should be in the RP: Cuz you need some race diversity lol

Character name: Tulock

Age: 300, looks 19

Race: Human

Class(create one or choose an existing one from list): Ranger

New class?: Yes

If yes; Cuz bows are cool, yo. (Yeah Rangers work in arrows and nature and whatnot)

-Abilities max of 2, these have to do with physical traits or past training:

Arrow Storm
-Launch a multitude of arrows into the air, sometimes misses.

Call of the Wild
-Calls upon the spirit of nature, becomes more powerful for a short period of time

-Spells 3 max: Bind, Heal

Weapon(s): Spruce longbow, backup dagger

Magical prowess (how much mana do they have?): 20 (Cuz human)

Backstory: Back when the arctic was still lush, a hunter named Tulock was out and about. He was doing the rounds, hunting deer, when suddenly, a dark shade came across the sky. This was the first encounter with the Entrable up north, and it suddenly chilled the air, and it began to snow.

Tulock tried to find his way back to his cabin, but collapsed in the snow. Just before he lost consciousness, he dug out the amulet his mother gave him, put it on, and said a quick prayer. He was then frozen inside the ground for 300 years, and woke up suddenly, when he was struck by miners digging in the ice. He started to shout, and they fled back to the city. Tulock, unsure of what to do next, followed them back and started a new life.

Personality: Very shut in, keeps to himself, very untrusting of strangers.

 

I draw both swords and come towards it, in a readied stance. I keep my distance, but will retaliate if it comes at me.

I love the Captain america ice thing, but I need more info on the spells. how much mana do they take, and so on.

 

Well, the arrow storm takes about 3 mana, while call of the wild takes 10

Abilities shouldnt be like spells, they should be like tools,not needing to be cast. they are passive or are triggered by an event.

Ah, I see, I misread abilities as spells.

So, heal costs 2 mana, and bind costs 4

Spoiler: How these work

Depending on which attack you pick, I roll a different dice, which will determine the damage and whether or not you miss or get a critical.
Spin attack rolls a 2d20 and a 1d50 on the 50 if you roll a 50 its a supercritical, x3 damage, 45-49 is critical, double damage, 11-44 is normal damage, and 2-10 is a near miss, half damage. and 1 is miss.
Stab never misses but only gets a 1d10 roll for damage but has a higher chance of a critical by rolling a 1d20, 1-5 is a bad hit, 1/2 damage, 6-10 average hit, normal damage, 11-19 good hit 1.5xdamage 20 is supercritical hit x3 damage
Slash rolls 3d10 and has a lower crit chance then spin attack, but higher chance to hit well. Rolls a 1d50 only 50 does critical damage and 1 the enemy completely dodges.

X-Slash- 15mana, can only be used once per day

When you try to flee I will roll a 1d20 1-10 you cant escape, 11-15 the enemy hits you on your turn, 16-20 you escape.

You can end your turn and regenerate 3 mana and take 1/2 damage next turn

Well, heal heals me and other people I'm with, and bind holds people in place with magic, dealing periodic damage and making them unable to escape

 

I attack the enterable using slash.

 

lets say combo attack is 5 slashes.
First Hit 21 damage normal hit.
Second Hit 23 damage normal
Third Hit 14 damage normal
Fourth Hit 6 damage normal hit
Fifth Hit misses

The Entrable draws near and pulls a pitch black blade out of it's mouth. It would probably be bad to get hit by that.

I realize that I probably won't win this fight and try to retreat.

You escaped but the Entrable got another hit on you.
They swung and did 27 damage.

You escape and rest in a nearby travel hut, waiting until you feel better to return to the city. You want to return to the library and search for info about the dark blade.
**The next day**
You wake up feeling refreshed and prepare to make your way back to the library.
Once at the library, you find three books that look promising.
Which one do you read?
A. The Entrable and their Weapons
B. Weaponry of the Entrable
C. An Entrable's Arsenal
