Itemlocked But Still Vanished

Hey guys,
I have a question.
I thought if you itemlock an item, you can't drop it and it won't disappear.
But while I was cooking my first item I
accidentally replaced my food with my lv 24 chestnut and then my horse disappeared. It was not on the ground or in my inventory.
Can somebody tell me if it is a bug.

If it was really was a bug, could somebody please help me to get it back? It was really hard to get one ;(

 

Not sure about your other question but btcause of wynn’s no refund policy you can’t get a free replacement unless someone’s really nice but that’s probably not gonna happen.
