The nerf we've chosen to push forward for Hellfire at this moment is to keep the overall damage the same at 30% per hit, but just remove the neutral conversion so it's purely fire damage and therefore doesn't benefit nearly as much from Discombobulate and its damage-formula-breaking raw damage stacking. If we need to push the nerf further we will, but hopefully we won't need to.

 

Hellfire says it "steals" bash's power, so does it get buffed by stronger bash

 

Mythics with rolls stuck at 1 from the 1.20 -> 2.0 transition have been updated to have rolls more in line with current mana values. Those mythics are Fatal, Guardian, Inferno, Epoch, Grimtrap, and Cataclysm- and Cataclysm has come with a damage nerf alongside it.

Iosis has also received a small buff- while a lot of people dismissed it as useless there were a lot more people who felt like it was actually very useful according to the feedback I received, so the buff is just a little smaller than I initially intended.

cata will lose their own individuality if they just keep nerfing
apoc and air in a can as well even though they were expected

i think it takes longer than 2s bc cata will be reduced their dmg so greatly(the base of them will be set at about 1075 with 3 t6 powders. it wont deserve more than even 1000 without powders...)

Making it reasonable doesn't mean removing it entirely. We're aiming for the former, not the latter.

This was a team decision, not a me decision. It's the Item Team, not the Item Me.

Nearly millions of damage per second from a Lv 81 item isn't something we want in the game, and Air In A Can's nerf was requested heavily by the community.

jokes aside, higher level equipment(than apoc level req) and something crafted would be needed to deal high dmg in apoc

I think at this point you guys should just rework cata, clearly you have no actual idea how to balance it or you wouldn't be nerfing it almost every update.

 

apoc is actually just busted
ppl were getting like 100k dps without any other gear

 

Please make Vehement & Radiant Devotee both work because they bugged.

 

ashock can deal much stronger than apoc even tho its low lvl mythic as well tho
btw they have been nerfed already
