    short answer, vaguely yes, but it's not gonna look like what 1.20 heavy spell theory looked like and it definitely won't look like ambi did at all

    Hey any thoughts on switching pure to mana regen instead of mana steal? mana steal doesnt work well with the low damage and -melee percent and the 0 damage hits not registering anymore.

    with all the -cost nerfs, are there plans to add more -cost items, more mana supply, or do the IMs feel that overall mana availability will be alright?

    Pyukumuku also gets hail, which is also guaranteed damage with soak/gastro acid. Given how low it's hp is, pain split is also technically capable of doing damage even from full health.
