If you wear any two grookwarts accessories, you are penalized with +1 raw in all four spells, and if you wear 3 or 4 grookwarts accessories, you are penalized with +2 raw in spell 1

Basically, if you wear two Draois, you only get the effect of wearing one.
If you wear Draoi and DEye, you get no spell cost changes at all.
If you wear Draoi and Renda, you get no spell cost changes at all.
If you wear DEye and Renda, you get no spell cost changes at all.
If you wear any combination of 3 or more, all spell costs are cancelled out.

 

Grookwarts Repulsion Set Bonus:
spellCostRaw1: 0,1,2,2
spellCostRaw2: 0,1,1,1
spellCostRaw3: 0,1,1,1
spellCostRaw4: 0,1,1,1

It means that if you have more than one grookwarts item, it'll add +spell cost to counteract; if you had, say, a Draoi Fair and a Dragon Eye bracelet, you'd get a set bonus that adds +1 spell cost across the board, neutralizing both of them and adding extra cost to your 2nd and 4th spell cost.

Because rainbow armor changes aren't done yet. so some are changed and some aren't.

 

Out of curiousity, why was this change made? Seems a bit counterintuitive to me considering its major ID

 

it forces you to pay the price of 2 items (okr + a stealing item) for greed to function. okr being able to singlehandedly provide the full functionality of greed was simply too broken (imo more so than nighthawk, freedom, and other things considered broken previously).

 

agreed its insanely powerful on its own and specifically on assassin is just busted even with 5 stealing. Also I would go as far to say as okr is an ewa item as those got alot of stealing ids all over the place a couple patches ago.

Greed was put onto Old Keeper's Ring without much thought- it's the same reason that The Jingling Jester, a new fabled Chestplate, also does not have any Stealing on it. Providing a good amount of Stealing alongside Greed is basically adding great sustain with a single item at such little cost.

Wonky question, you guys seem to be changing a lot of the rainbow armors a lot(Far Cosmos, Vaward, Equalizer, and to a smaller extent, Rainbow Sanctuary and Morph), are there going to be any changes to Libra, Ouroboros, Shimmersight, and especially The Moderator?

 

I was informed a rainbow rework was coming in the hopefully near future when I complained about gravity a week or two ago

 

That's understandable as who uses Gravity(not to offend anyone but who does)?

 

It works well in rainbow tanks with high req mythics. However with singu and fanta req buffs it probably wont really be used for them either.
I've messed with it alot and find its only remotely close to optimal on nulli tank builds :/
