    Thoughts on changes,

    Spring: Understandable.
Divzer: The attack speed emphasis is pretty neat, and while it needed a nerf, that amount of -Def makes it effectively unusable. Honestly, the entire -sp gimmick on Divzer is a relic that should just be dropped completely.
Boreal: I can kind of understand it, Boreal was super strong for hpr items, but I guess it depends on the design philosophy for mythic strength that's intended.
Corkian Jet Boots: Classic example of a meme merchant item. I guess it has jump boost now...
    Myelin: Potentially usable.
Neuron: kinda weak. It's hard to even argue that it's better than Ophiuchus - it has the same mana and damage, 7 more skillpoints, and significantly less health. Considering Ophi is defensive req and Neuron is offensive req...
Blood Moon: non-endgame tierstack is so lacking that it's hard to even compare this.
Liquified Sun: did it really need that spelling change?
Changeling's Chestplate: rip it got the boring treatment
Gaze from the Snowbank: Considering it also hits health sustain, feels kinda on the weak side. That said, it's really nice to see this design in this particular spot.
Black Catalyst: deserved nerf, seems balanced now.
Cardiac Arrest: Understandable nerf although I kind of feel like it could have kept the base 40 spell dmg
Darkiron Aegis: Glad to see that unwarranted nerf toned down a bit.
Silt of the Seafloor: maybe if we're lucky it'll even see some use (except EWA lacks damage options and -tier access so it's pretty e)
AoR: Very glad to see this change, it's been really weird for a long time.
    Seipodon: :eledefs:
Ahms' Remains: pogging I am pogging an earth chestplate mostly-damage option! that long-awaited gap is being filled-ish!
Bastille: kinda still a meme cause it doesn't really have much going for it
    Shine Suffocator: moment
Paradox: wait paradox wasn't even that good
other quad items: nerfs seem to make sense, will need to test
Stratosphere: okay, understandable since it keeps the jump height without a penalty there
Time Rift: needs testing, but I suspect it'll end up a bit weak.
Brainwash: should have just killed the current design imo, but w/e
Tenuto: imagine if more than half a dozen items had -tiers
Leo: press F to pay respects, it had a really cool and surprisingly balanced design.
Tidebinder: it may not be the defensive attribute it needs, but at least it got something lol
Caterpillar: eh... imo could use a bit higher poison (relative to Alkahest at least) if it's getting Dex req.
Scorpio: not sure I really understand the point of Dex req since it already balanced pretty well without it.
    Necrosis: understandable nerf to ls
Virtuoso: hm... yeah, probably fair since it does have the ws
    Conduit of Spirit: meme
    Aphotic: why? lol
    Leviathan: fast hybrid, someday...
Insulated Plate Mail: did it really need a nerf?
Windshear: slight buff but not enough to change its nonviableness, it's a "fast hybrid" item that's just mediocre in spell, mediocre in melee, and gets hit by fast hybrid steal efficiency penalty.
Cancer: ...why? such a needless nerf for an item that was only usable at best.
Grip of the Land: LMAO grip of the land was bad already.
Nether's Scar: okay that happened (idk I'm not a big fan of Nether's Scar's +tier design)
Sine: interesting direction to take it
DHydro Necklace: very out of place change that really is better off saved for actual accessory rebalance imo, right now it's just mixing up the meta for no real benefit.
Signal Flare: tmw a class's intended base mechanic gets a major id
    Sizzling Shawl: okay.
Moonbeam: e it's just vastly worse capri
Hetu: needed a change in some way yeah, understandable.

    New endgame armors thoughts,

Outrage: looks neat I guess, love the lore
Vacarme: pretty wacky item that should see really cool uses, I'm no longer annoyed about Prosen since we're getting this to cover the damage spread instead.
    Luminiferous Aether: kinda weak
Nychthemeron: it's not that great but hey at least we're getting some -tiers on armor.
Prosencephalon: It's pretty good design, just was annoyed at not getting a damage helmet option for thunder at the time.
Ophiolite: Leaving aside my personal thought that the quad armors make more sense without sp, this seems pretty balanced, with significant downsides on the nice upsides. (also pretty cool to see a name I thought of in use lol)
Guillotine: Pretty neat design with an interesting mix of stats (though personally I'm not a huge fan of the -hp, it's one more stat on an item that already has quite a lot of them).
Stratosphere: Makes sense to lose the sp, since it's keeping the jump height without a penalty there. Should see some nice use, and allow more mixups with otherwise neglectable armor pieces.
Phantasmagoria: It should be decent in spell but will see no fast melee usage, because of the same old fast hybrid pain of getting penalized twice - once by game mechanics with steal efficiency, and a second time by balancing standards, wherein items with both spell and melee get lowered stats (even though the game mechanics already impose this same modifier).
Chain Rule: Overpowered. It's not an ETW item no matter how much you're trying to make it look like one. Even though it does have a high single-offensive req, it's getting so much power that it's super strong even for that.
Clerical: wacky healing item, it's neat to look at but I don't think it'll see too much use since it's actually not giving a ton of healing power - could really do with some more hp or something idk.
Entanglement: Pretty weak. It's got solid sp, but the only decent damage is eaten into by mana penalties.
Paradox: It's in such a weird position that it's really hard to judge. I don't expect it to see spell usage - it'll mainly be a defensively oriented melee piece, for which it could manage. Hard to tell without building.
Weatherwalkers: Weak, especially for a decently high req. Same kind of situation as Entanglement basically.
Magnet Repulsor: Neato raw spell option, should see good use.
Pro Tempore: Is likely to see some use in TWA, not much elsewhere (idk what y'all were thinking with that +ls -ms design, the former does not remotely balance out the latter with the current numbers).
Spiritdancer: A really cool offensively leaning WFA option, will likely see neat niche.
Dragon Dance: Seems mostly balanced except for the lifesteal, it shouldn't have that imo - for what it provides elsewhere, you should have to work to counter the -hpr.

Alright ill just give my thoughts or whatever on changes really worth talking about.

Gale's sight looks pretty neat and I think will see some use in bouncy air builds
Ohms' rage looks intresting. Having -spell costs without an intel penalty in the 50s should be quite powerful. I am inclined to say it wont be used endgame also so that's a plus I suppose.
Struggle looks quite intresting. not sure what to do with it but it looks intresting.
    Freedom makes sense.
Collapse its a start. still underwhelming imo but at least its a buff.
Fantasia is gonna be quite strong now with that change. It already was a very powerful but niche weapon. This should be very intresting.
Singu seems random but its a buff lol.
    Strati buffs yay!
Spring seems interesting...not sure how good its gonna be but we can just wait and see.
Divzer looks interesting. Def a nerf but I suspect some idiots like myself may attempt to create a cancel stack hybrid with it.
Ignis and grandmother changes where both needed.
Boreal was justified. Personally I think the %hpr was nerfed a bit much but the agility req balances it out.
HEY LOOK THE EVOLVED IS FINALLY USEFUL!
Exhaustion buffs seem nice. maybe ill use it cause i got the best one in the game...
Efteling just looks like lunar spine pants
Skyfloat actually looks like a nice option for WFA. I could see myself using it for some mobility and hpr.
    Soarfae....oh boy ;)
Starglass being WFA is nice. I still don't think it will be the optimal choice for wfa except for fire spell.
    Achilles looks quite usable now...interesting.
Hate to break it to you but Azure Halo still sucks :(
Heatsink may find its way back into the meta now neat!
Wavedash with a shine reference that makes me happy...#freemelee
    SPRINT STUFF OKAY THEN
BLACK CATALYST WHAT IN THE FLYING FU-
Sizzling shawl is kinda whatever. Makes it a bit less slappable I suppose
That new albacore looks damn fine
    Seagazer rainbow intel meta now??
...I don't know half these items unlike some people so whatever lul
    Anamnesis buff...oh god help us
Called rainbow sanc nerf a year ago lmfao
Insulated plate mail seems intresting. I think it will have a place in the meta however it may be a little to powerful...then again everyone hates tanks so prob not lul

TIDEBINDER HAS 4/4 AGAIN AGAIN THANK JESUS ITS FINALLY BACK!!
Hetusol got nerfed to hard. It fills the tank niche in wfa for the chestplate slot but now its just not worth using over a damage option...in a tank archetype...
Okay the hydro necklaces got nerfed a bit to much. I agree that they where to powerful before but imo the intel should have been nerfed by 4 on each of them and thats it.

    New items.
Outrage...thats kinda outrageous and TOTALLY wont be abused
Vacarme looks like it will fill a nice thunder niche. I sense a lack of downsides due to thunder having so much access to ls but then again that hp is really low...
Lumisnidhjpoaife Aether (im just gonna call it "L Ike's up special) seems interesting. I can't really see any reason I would use it though.
Nychthemiwhat? The spelling is getting out of hand and this item looks rather powerful for being a unique but then again its pretty cool.
Prosencephalon looks insanely good. Why the fuck does it have mana regen tho it does not need it at all!
Quad elemental helmet that yeets dexterity? Those look...intresting? idk but they look fun
    Guillotine basically the same
Stratosphere looks kinda nutty. I absolutely love it holy crap
Phantasmagoria looks neat for quad but I can't really see it standing out to much personally
Okay chain rule (haha nice calculus reference thanks for the ptsd) looks like it will finally provide an earth spell leggings option aside from hive master or elder oak!
Clerical as the name I think suggests is a healing item? idk seems meh to me
Entanglement looks neat but I personally can't really see myself using it over dark channeler.
    Paradox is great again!?!
Weatherwalkers have too high sp reqs and -mana to really be useful
Magnet repulsor looks very intresting. I am loving the water/thunder theme here. I expect it to be used often
Pro tempore seems intresting. looks like a w/t virtuoso but not as good lol
Sprintdanage seems intresting but I don't really see myself using it. If I wanted damage in an wfa I would go virutoso and if I wanted tank Id use something for hpr. Lose the -elemental defenses and it may see more use.
dragon danace looks very intresting. Dunno how I feel about it when it comes to balance (I think its a bit on the strong side)

just want to say that in general item team seems to be handing wfa a lot of free damage options

anam might become relevant in light of dhy nerf

    adrenaline

and on the contrary the hpr purge wiped out a lot of defensive options like cancer, hetu and possibly boreal
did ppcrown survive? if yes then that's awkward

Having an item with Explosive Impact actually give Explosion naturally is extremely powerful. The intent is that you need to build up Explosion on other items to get use out of it. Look at Old Keeper's Ring or The Exploited and how ridiculously powerful those are for sustain, because they have both Greed AND Stealing bundled into one item!

idk if people are intentionally avoiding reviewing this item but it seems damned powerful before you even consider its wfa compatible

    also things like spiritdancer

I thought wfa was supposed to be the tank without much damage option? idk

(also lowkey spiritdancer is even more powerful when you consider its viable outside wfa - for ex. ewf, you give up 10skp for defense patch and walk which is hard to come by in ewf, and you don't suffer the -damage if your primary damage is water or fire anyway)
