I like how you guys are trying to make quad archetypes and 0int builds more viable, but some of the minus spell cost items seem to be getting a bit too overpowered...

I totally agree with having more items to be making 0int builds out of, as 0int builds as they are is a repetition of the same armours but with slight changes in accessories and weapons, but it shouldn't reach the point where just one item is gonna get overused for every 0int build because it's so much better than the alternatives

These seem neat. Cardiac arrest looks very epic...and maybe a bit busted.
Can we please for the love of god just get rid of the -intel on conflagrate.

Okay a more formulated response now.
Rainbow changes have me really hyped. I am super excited to see what will come of those.
Of the quad elemental items I actually like the idea of all of them. Currently I feel the meta is a bit to focused on hive armors and having some new quad armors would really mix that up a bit in a really cool way. And also I imagine would make soloing endgame content (like the hive) more doable for new players first playthroughs without mythics.
The ornamental plate buff seems really neat. I recall using it in my first playthrough wayyy back so its nice to see it get some love.
Conflagrate I still think is trash since the intel nerf. To me the damage is what carried fire spell and now with the -16 intel it's just so situational as in non intel builds there are so many better options for that slot. I'd like to see it reverted to have -agility or something to give it more use. The -1 3rd spell cost I do expect will help a bit but I think %spell would have been better given it is an intelless item.
Okay yeah cardiac arrest is busted...you should drop a tactical nuke on the hp in my opinion.
Caesura seems neat....lol. Another heavy spell type item seems nice and also being a helm it likely will fit well into that slot.
Of the changeling's chestplate I like the second design with the -15 sp in all. It feels like something someone playing who's just entering the late game stage of wynn would be able to grab for a noticeable buff. Rework 1 feels kinda cool but not very useful as having -mana is a pain in the ass at a level range where mana sustain is already lackluster.
I really look forward to this patch.

i mean fast hybrid cataclysm is genuinely pretty ass and inferior to normal cata since assassin genuinely relies very heavily on spin and smoke for its dps too, not to mention spins blinding.

but for other thunder mythics that'd be... a little powerful.

No, not quite. In essence, matter how Xavier formatted the quad-element items, there would be overlap with one of the Master Hive armors, and in the end he decided that he would go for overlap with Obsidian-Framed Helmet, since those archetypes could use utility elsewhere that Obsidian-Framed Helmet didn't provide. That's what he meant when he said he was "leaving out Obsidian-Framed Helmet": there would most likely be overlap, and overlap with that item caused the least amount of conflicts.
