    Except there's no health boost effect in wynn as of rn (unless you can give IDs with warscream, and even in that case its unclear how it would work since there's no +% of current health ID, and you can imagine cases where it would behave weirdly if it was just a calculated +hp based on your health when you casted warscream)

    Absorption would also be like healing for tank warrior

    also, it'd be nice if the bugs? / weird interactions with warrior were fixed first (ex. warscream/bash strength not stacking, charge removing warscream resistance)

    9 mana uppercut + a small curse-like effect (like +10% - caps at +50%) would be my favourite option.

    (9 mana upper puts the 3 mana upper treshold to 105 which also is the treshold for 2 mana bash)

    I actually really really like 9 mana uppers cuz of 105 threshhold, I agree with Ingo, I’d take curse+9 mana uppers

    I'm gonna say 8 mana because getting upper to reach a viable mana cost on builds that don't have insanely high intel you are in really bad shape. Like for archer I personally can get along fine with 68 intel as my main damaging spells are 3 and 4 cost, same goes for mage though I tend to prefer 94. But for warrior I find myself struggling if I dont have 114 intel or a large amount of mana sustain. Granted dragon eye bracelet is really helpful on warriors with defense but relying on an item really doesn't help it's case. Damage in my opinion is not the issue of the spells, warriors damage problems in my opinion come from the disparity in non mythic weapon damage values being fucked over by baselines due to their defensive stats.

    I disagree with the fact that not everything is about damage because A. In wynncraft that's strictly untrue because it's a very easy game with almost nothing challenging so all you need to do is kill things which again isnt hard at all so utility isnt too useful unless it's a mage or shaman heal if you dont have life steal or high health regen and B. in warrior's case lack of dps is why it's the worst class, intentionally using uppercut for displacement is a good strategy, but I dont think that should be the purpose of its main spell, uppercut has absolutely horrendous dps because of the displacement plus bash and war scream have very similar use. If you need three displacement spells on the tankiest class then you're probably playing it wrong. Warrior is a good utility class if you're with others but soloing high level wars and LI is painful because of how pitifully weak the class is mainly because of how uppercut works.

    I feel like the biggest issue with whoever is in charge of the spells in game is they're in something of a state of denial about warrior having poorly designed spells, the reason it's so bad is mainly because of how its main spell works, the solution to warrior being weak last time was to give bash an increasing damage effect or something like that and now there's a new proposal of basically doing the same thing on uppercut and this should make it obvious that it's not the damage that makes warrior bad, the issue is the dps and until that's fixed it will continue to be the worst class in the game by a long shot. Please stop trying to just stack added damage effects on spells and fix the actual spells. I dont think it should be extremely spammable necessarily, but as it is right now the spell mechanics are just not good.
    Edit: A possible change could be making uppercut push enemies back and ground enemies and have bash knock them up a very short distance and stun them while keeping the damage boost effect maybe make it so if you use uppercut on an airborne target, grounding them could inflict increased damage. Obviously bash damage would have to take a hit, but I think the dps would be a lot better and it would make for better combos than animation cancelling in my opinion.

    idk, I personally find warrior the most fun class to play in combat out of the four probably because it has so many displacement spells regardless of effectiveness; it kills things easily enough (at least for me, maybe my other class builds are just shit); theres just so much wacky stuff you can do whereas archer tends to be more "just kill things"

    technically charge is also a displacement spell, a fact key to the working of uppercut-uppercut-charge-bash-uppercut combo :)

    to each their own, I suppose

    edit: there are five classes now. Spell shaman is even more boring than spell archer though so whatever
    (there's so much cool stuff you can do with totem+uproot+aura combos but none of it is worth using in actual combat ;-; pls add some incentive to move your totem, I think it'd make the class so much more interesting)

    I think it’s also prudent to point out that whereas the bash effect is completely worthless since it does not stack with war scream (if it did, warrior damage would skyrocket), this effect would stack with war scream.

    It's easy to kill stuff it just takes much longer, and when I say the worst class I just mean it has the lowest dps by far and the bulk isnt anywhere near worth it

    I need to point out a couple of things.

    Warrior right now suffers from lack of PvM options besides a couple of 1.20 items. 10 cost Uppercut hurts the class, true, but consider this - giving Warrior a meaningful way to contribute to PvM content such as raids, dungeon parties (including EO) and LI with Uppercut is fairly good considering high intelligence builds (e.g. Tidebinder, Idol) tend to get high spell damage output anyway even without the reduced spell cost (10 -> 8). Giving Uppercut an effect similiar to Curse will benefit both Melee and Spell archetypes (and Hybrids) since it will give weapons like Alkatraz access to a gimped version of powder specials without bringing a teammate or two. The best of both worlds would be reducing the Uppercut cost to 9, but also giving it the Curse effect, as stated a couple of messages above.

    Giving Uppercut 8 cost would benefit intelligence builds, no-int spell builds and hybrids, but probably not melee. This keeping in mind that you can chain Uppercut (NOT uppercanceling).

    Funny thing is is that Tidebinder doesn't get high damage (or even decent damage). What some people don't get is that warrior's spell dps is so brutally limited by how expensive uppercancelling is, maybe in another world where INT sp bonuses weren't nerfed on items such as DHydro, Aphotic, Virtuoso, etc, 10 mana uppercuts would be okay. While i do realize the IM has reasons to nerf these items, since the game doesn't revolve around warrior, these changes still do inevitably affect warrior a lot! With these new changes it will be extremely hard to have good damage numbers while having good spell costs AND enough mana sustain for those spells. While both options are viable to buff warrior's dps in spite of these changes, i feel like the damage value on curse would have to be quite large to compensate for warrior's solo damage, making it a bit overpowered when he is with teammates.
    Warrior already has a ton of PvM options already such as Saviour's Sacrifice, Guardian, Taunt (Which should really just be built in his kit), a few (but extremely crappy) CC options to peel mobs away from teammates and a teamwide damage and defense buff. I don't think Warrior needs anymore of these small tag-on effects onto his kit, it really just makes it look bloated and unnecessary.

    What I think should be is actually to reduce the number of these effects and focus on the ones we already have that fulfill the same purpose. If you're worried about warrior enabling his team and himself to do more damage, increase the numbers on the warscream buff. Warrior needs personal buffs like the ones given on Bash and Charge (Inspire)? Just slap it onto warscream, giving warrior himself a big buff while still leaving his teammates with a less potent one. I'm not saying to oversimplify his spells, just don't make them so cluttered because at a certain point it stops becoming nuanced and as i said before, starts to look messy.

    Also speaking of melee warrior, it's already powerful (at least more so than spell warrior). Warrior has always been great at cancelstacking and heavy melee, but the reason tierstack builds like Alkatraz don't really work is because Alkatraz, and almost every non mythic spear is complete garbage. They lack so much damage, sustain and to justify this, are loaded with so many unimpactful IDs such as elemental defense% and miniscule walk speed and exploding bonuses. Instead of thinking of a way to give Alkatraz access to a form of mini powder special, make it so that people will actually want to use the weapon in the first place. (The -SP reqs are extremely suffocating, maybe change them from -15 to -10?)
