    General Stuff
    Item spells are represented as paper and act similarly to how you hold a weapon and use your mouse keys to activate the spell. Activating spells will cost you mana and sometimes even soul points. Most spells will have a preset cooldown so you can't spam them.
    The actual effects of these spells vary greatly. They could be like the traditional spells we have in-game or could be a temporary buff or bonus.

    Obtaining and rarity
    The most common way of obtaining spells is buying them through spell masters or earning them from quests. There are many spells however that can’t be bought or earned and can only found. Spells are only found in loot chests and aren't dropped by mobs. Spells are a little rarer than legendaries but not nearly as rare as mythics.

    Energy
    Energy is basically the durability of the spell. When a spell is used, it uses up 1 energy. If you ever use a spell that’s at 0 energy, the spell will take effect but the item will be destroyed. There are two ways to restore energy to prevent the spell from being destroyed.

    1. Whenever the sun rises, 2 energy will automatically be restored to all spells in your inventory.
    2. You can go to a spell master and sacrifice your 1 soul point to automatically restore all the spell’s energy points.​

    Spell Masters
    Found in cities and towns. Used for buying and adding spells to your book of spells, buying books of spells, and restoring spell energy.

    Are these Spells affected by IDs and Intelligence?
    Spells are affected by IDs and intelligence.
    If you put enough skill points into intelligence, mana costs will be reduced just like with regular spells.
    As an example of IDs, the thunder strike spell (see list of spells for info) does 1000-15000 thunder damage at default, but if you wear thunder sanctuary which gives +85% thunder damage, the damage increases to 1850-27750 thunder damage.

    Books of Spells
    These books will be quite useful for storing spells and being able to use more than 1 more easily. You can buy them from spell masters.
    As mentioned, these aren't just for storage. When you put a spell in the book, you'll still be able to use that spell from the book. You can't however put two spells with the same mouse key combos in one book. You'll need to put one of them in a different book instead.
    You can store up to 4 spells in 1 book.

    This is a pretty long list of spells I came up with (and some I might’ve ripped from another certain game). These are less of spells that I’d actually want in-game and more to just show off the great potential and impact these spells could have, so if you're gonna criticize my suggestion then keep my list of spell ideas separate from the actual suggestion.

    Unleash the fiery breath of dragons, doing 500-1200 fire damage per second to any enemy unfortunate enough to be caught in the flames.

    Cooldown: 10 seconds

    Frostbite

    Targeted enemy walk speed is slowed by 35% and takes 35% more damage

    Thunder Strike

    Effects
    Summon a lightning strike delivered by the god of thunder himself, causing 1000-15000 thunder damage to all enemies within an 8 block radius

    Spitting Snake

    Effects
    Summon a splash potion that causes 400 poison damage per second to anything or anyone affected
    Duration: 12 seconds

    Boulder

    Effects
    Toss a giant boulder, causing 800-1200 earth damage when hit. Upon landing, a 4x4 explosion will occur, causing 1500-2500 earth damage.

    Sprint

    Boy oh boy more Los suggestions! Time for some in-quote responses!

    TL;DR Good suggestion, though previously proposed. In general, a few more details would be nice, and Energy generation needs moderate tweaking. The spells listed do a very nice job of showing the kind of customization the suggestion could add.

    Overall, another good suggestion, just needs a few changes.

    I like the idea, but I don't feel 100% aabout it being added in this way, but I honestly cant come up with a better way :/
