I do actually agree with this, as this kinda heavily pushes you to downstacking (basically making atlas or such a requirement, or at least making you go WA for MR which makes you end up with a lot of unused MS) because air weapons are generally fast weapons.

i generally think there are worse things that are more overpowered than crafted weapons. like, really though, how long is shaman gonna go without a nerf or at least toxo. why is toxo not a priority but nighthawk is or crafted items are

How is toxo op though? If it’s in pvp imo its a problem with hunted mode itself, I also agree that shaman does need a nerf, but crafteds are worse because for like 10 Le you got very op gear. I used crafted rings and they were op as fuck cause it’s 80% spell damage with no downsides

I'm going to use Virtuoso instantly, it's insanely overpowered. Give it some sort of other downside like negative melee dmg negative stats or -HPR. Or just nerf it flat-up, thing's extremely busted lol.

 

The -mana steal already stops you from doing melee (memento does too, and memento is way weaker)
Sizzling shawl already has the -hpr, and it gets around the same damage with no skill points or mana regen

It feels like a mythic (or better) rn, and has 0 downside for anyone who just spellspams and doesn't melee (many builds). It does a lot more damage than both memento and capri together, with more ws and 3 fewer sp (plus the melee deterrant like memento has). I really don't get why this item exists.

Only in PVP tho. Outside of PVP it seems rather average.

 

Personally not liking the strength req for aries cause it messes up my speed/intel build, will try to fiddle around with it but I'm not confident it will work :/
