Item Lock Items Lost

I was playing a dungeon with a full inv when I tried to switch out items. I tried to switch out my potions and got startled when an enemy attacked me, causing me to accidentally throw out my “Detlas’ legacy” wand. When I did this another item got into my hot bar and when I exited out of my player inventory it wasn’t on the floor. Do any of you know a way to get it back or is it gone forever? If so I might need to rethink about using item lock.

 

Unfortunately we enforce a strict no refund policy - you will have to buy another wand. It's likely that the wand despawned before you were able to pick it back up. I would recomend using item lock, by holding the item you want to lock in your hand, and then typing the command /itemlock. This will make it so that you can't drop or accidentally sell your item unless you unlock the item by using the same command.
