You seem to forget the -spell and melee it has.

I can't tell is this is sarcasm or not. Also, if I were to give Summa a 2 mana regen stat, that means it could potentially get 3 mana regen. On a ring. Which you can wear two of. That is not happening. Suppression only gets a pass because of the -mana steal.

Due to the fact that we haven't been able to fix this issue until recently, you've grown used to how powerful mana regen and attack tier are, and it feels like they're taken for granted and are used solely as outlets for spamming. +1 mana regen and +1 attack tier are still powerful assets on any item. This is why they usually come with drawbacks.

I'm very happy with these changes honestly
makes everything feel much more balanced
Only thing I'm kinda annoyed about is the permanent -1 tier on exhaustion
But still :D
Hopefully rainbow slap will be Eliminated forever
