Item disappearance

    Minecraft:
    Was doing Nest of the Grootslangs, tried swapping Agave for Moon Pool Circlet after getting SpellCaster and it wouldn't equip (Even with having 65+ int thanks to the SpellCaster bonus). After not equipping it simply disappeared from my inventory. Try reclassing, reconnecting, I don't have it anymore.

    I know I can do the Qira Hive on another class to get it back, but I started recently and I only have one class currently, nor I have the time to just grind lvl 105 on another class and completing Qira Hive fast.

    If anyone can give me some advice I'd appreciate
