ok first off, you make this helmet
1. tanky af
like cmon look at that hp regen/health bonus what is this? a tank helmet?
2. very strong melee buff
400 % melee damage bonus for a piece of armor with little to no downside. this should explains a lot how broken this is.
3. tiny amount of reqs and literally no downsides.

in conclusion :
tanky and can deal hugeload of damage with little to no downside. (this is not ok.)

I'd say you give it down side/ remove hp regen/health- makes it gives huge negative mana regen. buff the life steal and add mana steal. make it required more str/dex give less health the melee% buff is literally broken so unless we have major downside I'd reduce it to somewhat 60-100%.

idk I'm not IM nor I am very good at balancing but even some randos can tell this is broken lmao.
