    Using any TP scroll uses 1 SP regardless of your position. Please fix this.

    Umm ok, I mean I actually like that it only costs 1 soul point but I guess everyone else thinks it's broken.
    But I think the reason they changed it is because the seaskipper made it much easier to switch provinces so in order for scrolls to not be irrelevant they lowered the cost (>power creep).
