Tbh Pandemonium would work really well with Gravity, since they both have that high sp requirement; additionally Gravity counters negative defenses, negative lifesteal, and negative hp.
A build might look like this:

    Morph Stardust
    Gravity
    Vaward
    Memento
    Concentration x2
    Pandemonium
    Royal Dusty Amulet

Hive Weapons (or Lunar Spine, Harwrol/Bedruthan, Cluster, Alazarin)

lol no. pandemonium ruins the whole point of a gravity build for relatively small damage increase compared to the huge downsides to the item

A "Gravity Build" you say, but you don't understand; it is in reality a Pandemonium build.

Gravity does not need to be the core of any build, you simply underestimate its ability as a supporting item. By using Gravity you don't waste much skill points and counter your pre-existing weaknesses. By using Gravity instead of Gambler, you don't confine yourself to elemental defenseless items. By using Gravity, you allow Memento to not have negative lifesteal.

You think it too much to be a Gravity build, when really Vaward gives great damage and the skill points to support Pandemonium instead, while Morph Stardust offers good skill points and mana regen. Those items are perfectly suited to Pandemonium, don't ya think?

Memento[also gives up to 20% spell hmm] and Concentration x2 allow for better spell spam (10/4 with Morph Stardust), while Royal Dusty Amulet offers good damage and some skill points.

Open your eyes to the grand scheme, look beyond traditional practices. Items have multiple uses, and they can be used in many ways.

Its such a lame to say but meh.
I used Pandemonium for cactus build in pvp, just minimize the elemental defs to negative as low as u can, then reflect tons of damage. I don't know is it still working or not, but it was fucking fun when it was before 1.14.1.

That actually sounds interesting, a very creative use of the item.

no. I dont think pandemonium is good with morph stardust and vaward. 21% more damage is definitely not worth the awful elemental defence and -health. If you actually wanted more damage then you'd be smart and use nebulous/vanguard which are actually good instead of trying to make a build around such an awful item
