    Just rename your file
    exemple:
    Wybel.txt--->Wybel.mcmeta

    1. Start Windows Explorer, you can do this by opening up any folder.
    2. Click Organize.
    3. Click Folder and search options.
    4. Click the View tab.
    5. Scroll down until you notice Hide extensions for known file types, un-check this line by clicking the check box.
    6. Now right click on your file, and right click it
    7. Press "rename", you should get something like name.txt
    8. Use your arrow keys to navigate to the extension part (.txt)
    9. Leave the dot, remove the txt and replace it with mcmeta, then press ENTER
    10. A window should pop up, just press continue
    11. Your file should be mcmeta now.
    If it doesnt work or you need anything else, pm me or quote me on here

    Don't listen to these idiots. When you open it, click file and go to save as. Of course you name it 'pack.mcmeta' but, at the bottom is says "save as .txt file' or something. Click the drop box and save it as 'All Files'. Simply renaming it wouldn't have worked for windows 10.
