Is the Better Third Person mod allowed?

Hi!!! asking about allowed mods again. Just making sure if this mod has anything that's not allowed on the server

I also found a mod that looks interesting too, its called "shoulder surfing mod". Has the same idea,but a bit more features. Would like to know if this one's allowed too

As long as the mod does not give you any gameplay advantage and doesn't allow you to see through walls, i believe its ok
