Is anyone else experiencing huge amounts of delay on the forums?

Titles says it, the forums are about 10 - 20 times slower (ex) when I open a thread, write a comment.) to react. It takes 30+ seconds to write a comment and send it. I don't think this is my internet's problem as all the other things such as Youtube, and Chrome are working fine. Please fix this delaying issue, or whatever it is as soon as possible :(

Huh. It's a whole lot better now. Hmmmmm
