    How on earth do you obtain the Irrigation boots (lvl 112 rare) without spending 70k emeralds on the trade market? I cannot find out anywhere else how to get them, and I need them for my build. I saw on the item tracker that they are supposedly from a shop? If so, where is this shop?

    I had assumed it would be in Aldwell due to the level, so I didn't bother to check Timasca. Well, I really should have done so first. Thank you for the tip!
