Intelligence Increasing Armour?

So I recenltly bought the legendary wand "waves raiser", but it requires you to have the intelligence skill at a value of 35 and I only have like 17. Do you know any decent armour pieces or accessories for a level 34* which increases the intelligence skill?

You'd be better off completing the quest Tower of Amnesia and spending 1LE on a skill reset scroll to buff your intel up to 35

 

No point in doing that at his level, unless he doesn't have any wands he can use.

 

No, it gives good XP and Waves Raiser is OP at his level. Also, he wont be able to increase his intel to 35 from 17 with armour/accessories

 

Well if he got two Lake rings, and a Dapper Trillby, or maybe a Bishop...

Look through wynnapps.tk/item and set the filter for the intelligence boost ID, and the level range from 0-35 and see what you can find.

 

Instead of buying armor, why not read a book? I heard those can boost intelligence. It can get a bit boring though.

 

There's this strange building that you can find that increases intelligence. All you have to do is go there once a day and it boosts your intelligence. I forget what it's called, but here's a picture.

 

Doing ToAmne will get you 1 free reset scroll

 

It doesn't, it just grants you access to the skill reset merchant.

 

It does, or at least did when I last did it

 

The wiki says it gives 1 skill reset scroll as one of the rewards, but when I did it last week it didn't give me one(I had a pretty much empty inventory). I guess wiki needs some editing.

 

I've done it multiple times and got a scroll
I'd guess it was either patched out or you were unlucky
