Endurance only affects fire damage so you'd have to use fire powders on your wand as well.

Therefore...

no, your fire defense is not positive, it is exactly the negative -171 (considering all your items had the best possible stats). Centipede has -250 raw fire defense. Your rings give 30 fire defense each. This leaves you at -190. Add the 10% fire defense you have from Megabyte, you'll end up with negative 171...
UNLESS you stack your armour with fire powders, that way you might be able to get that to positive as well.

All the other elemental defenses are positive though.

A few months back percentage defense used to be glitched and it actually made negative raw worse, but apparently that's been fixed now.

it is not fixed i dont think, if you used wynndata wynndata actually has it calculated correctly

It was fixed in the wynndata formula so I thought it's been fixed ingame as well. (-190 raw, +10% -> -171)
