Please add another level 1-3 scribing ingredient, or change an existing ingredient to be a lower level than it currently is. Currently if you ignore the cleaned saccharum that you can only get 1 of(it's a quest reward, and it is not fair to consider it when balancing things as you cannot reliably gather more than 1) there are 6 armouring, 8 tailoring, 4 weaponsmithing, 5 woodworking, 2 jeweling, 4 cooking, and 3 alchemism ingredients for level 1-3, but there is only a single scribing ingredient. When you compare the 3 consumable crafting professions(as they are the most alike in function) the alchemism ingredients are all super easy to farm, some of which literally as you can farm red and brown mushrooms with the farming profession, and half of the cooking ones are sold by merchants so you can literally get an infinite amount of them at any time, but the one and only scribing ingredient is something you have to go out of your way to farm(as the game's progression literally never needs you to be on that portion of the beach) and it is a pain to do so as they are not a guaranteed drop and the mobs are spread out. Then to make matters worse, every single profession except scribing has a tier 3 ingredient available at level 1-3, but the only scribing ingredient you can collect is tier 0. Once you get to level 4+ things balance out as there are 6 scribing ingredients for level 4-6, but getting scribing from 1-4 is considerably more difficult than literally every other profession for no discernable reason.

All of this is coming from someone who has almost no time in profs and does not know crafted balance. I am simply saying what I have felt playing early crafted characters.

Short and simple feedback on low level ingredients, I don't like that rotten flesh gives % main attack when % main attack is literally pointless at the level you would be using it. Raw main attack damage would actually matter. Same for sturdy flesh, just give it more raw and remove the percentage. Same with Paralyzing Spores giving % spell and melee (less so though since the percent is significantly higher)

Also low level scribing ingredients feel really REALLY bad to me. There are 14 ingredients level 1-11 for scribing, and 7 of them are for % elemental damage. If you don't do that element of damage, these are pointless. The only two good ones are Luminescent Ink & maybe Coagulated Clot (I haven't used the Coagulated Clot, but all the other effects are like 3% fire damage and man what if I don't do fire damage??)
(Nivlan Honey does exist, but I did not include it for it is used to help with scrolls not really be the main part)

I always would want to get xp accessories ASAP on my crafted characters, but the only one is Tarnished Gold Foil which is a drop from Corrupt Hex which I mean, I don't know the drop rate but if I need 4 accessories and don't have bombs that is going to be AWFUL to farm from an uncommon mob. It would also be nice to get a low level XP armoring ingredient, tailoring has one but the only armoring one is level 16 and a 3 star ingredient from a rare mob.

Crafted items not counting toward skill points is illogical and silly. They even introduce SP requirements but can't fulfill them.

    1. "oh noes they're too strong!!"
Just reduce the # values lmao, or stop item effectiveness from working on them (same as durability)

    2. "b-but durability/unequipping!"
This is a complete non-issue because any player using a crafted SP-dependent build a) is end-game and b) is able to consciously manage the risk-reward. If you're still worried, just make a fixed % of skill points count toward requirements (could also be the maximum, but this might be too strong).

this would be a massive pain in the ass. people obviously would optimize for not having decayed gear and your build popping off mid fight is just so horrible lmfao
this is how it used to be (dura decay doesn’t affect sp) and there were a ton of recipes that abused it. unfortunately i see this as the only way to make crafted sp counting towards reqs an actual thing so. i don’t really think it will be a thing

Negative skill point reqs on crafteds.
I have one highly niche criticism of crafteds, and it's negative skill point reqs. When you put on a Leo, you're not forced to have 0 defense or more, but when putting on a crafted with negative skill point reqs, you are forced to meet those.
    Take, for instance, this item
In order to use it, one MUST have at least -36 Intelligence. That means that builds like these can't work, because Ambiv (in this case) takes away more than 36 intelligence. While this is a mildly ridiculous example, the point still stands - an item with -1 int req shouldn't require more skill points than one with no int req whatsoever.
