Disclaimer: I am not jrbudda the creator of vivecraft.

Hello! Are you thinking of starting out in Wynncraft VR? This Thread will help you with vivecraft and Wynncraft VR.

    Things you will need:
    1. A Vr HMD
    2. A PCVR Capable PC (VR is very GPU and CPU intensive, so if you don't have anything more or as powerful as a GTX 970 and a 2core hyperthreaded CPU then you are out of luck.)
My setup is oculus (Meta) quest 2+ Link Cable
    Gtx 970
    8 gb of ram
    4 core hyperthreaded cpu.

Once you have hardware, it is time for software.
you need the oculus app if you have Meta products
    Vive software for (well, vive)
    Windows software for hp reverb
and steamvr for all of those

    Some Setup Required

Once your set up, play some demos in PCVR.
Download Vivecraft from the official website. (can't put link cause of anti-spam.)
    Install it from the installer.
    Startup the Minecraft launcher
    Open vivecraft
Put the headset on and play wynncraft.
Change your controller bindings for QoL.
turn on shaders for ULTIMATE IMMERSION (you need a GPU better than 970 for heavy shaders.)
    Have Fun!
Vivecraft is used at your own risk, but I play wynn in VR all the time and I haven't been banned.

I've seen a few Wynn VR videos and since then I've always wanted to try it. However, I have no idea if my PC could even run it, so I'm a little hesitant on buying a nice VR headset only to need to spend even more on a better computer. Either way it looks dope, so I just might take the plunge someday :)
(also, since you listed your specs, around how many fps are you getting with and without shaders?)

Im getting around 72 fps in areas that have very few entities but in areas like deltas i can get 40-72 because of so many entities and models, with bsl shaders on the lowest i get 20-30 fps, but with complementary on potato I get 40-60 mostly.
But anything like a gtx 1660 and any cpu that has more than 4 cores will most likely run pretty good. My pc is slightly old (as in ddr3 old) so most modern hardware will get it done.
