World In-game Rule Display

I've recently been encountering many players in-game who have no clue what the rules are. Many players on Wynn do not know the rules because they don't have forum accounts. My suggestion is that there should be some sort of way for people to view the rules without getting on the forums.

A fix could be something as easy as:
Making a wall in the lobby that explains all the rules.
There could be a rule book in your hotbar in the lobby where you can view the rules.

Something creative could be:
Having the Ragni King list the rules as part of his dialogue(issue: floods chat)

Supposedly the code refactor will finally allow for updated pop-ups (The red chat messages that happen every so often), one of which will probably be a link to the rules.

 

This should probably be a thing.

 

Maybe a guard NPC that links the forums rule page when you right click?

 

I'd honestly prefer if NPCs didn't have dialogue about things outside of Wynn, it feels weird and ruins the immersion in my opinion.

I doubt people pay attention in the lobby, nevertheless, this would be good to have

 

Maybe they can just add a section to the compass.

 

I once thought of something that /rules or/and /help should just display the link to Game/Forum Rules on the forum since a lot of other servers do.

It wouldn't exactly be new.

 

I'd just like to mention the fact that /help hasn't been updated since pre-Gavel.
You could say the same about the signs in the lobby, They're still saying stuff about "Gold Coins".

 

Also the same with the messages that pop up in chat. They still refer to spears as shovels.
