    Damage penalties/buffs - do they only apply to the held weapon, or to all of them? (The same goes for elemental defense modifiers)

    Wynncraft aside, should I make tea with this bunch of pine needles in my pocket?

    Your question is a little vague, but I'll take a stab at it. If you have multiple weapons on you, you'll only get any buffs/downsides from the one you're holding.
