It's most likely related to both provinces sense we almost certain yahyas house is the first step to the string of clues but it is a lvl 80 quest so their might be some hard to get items in gavel requiring lvl 80's

 

Really? I was planning on using an x ray mod and leak all the information. Now that you've told me, I suppose I won't do it.

But really, this should go without saying. I mean, who would think it's allowed to use x-ray on any server?

Technically noone can catch you for downloading the map, but you're right, will be better to save the knowledge, at least you will fell yourself as a cool man that knows that others dont.

Nah, I'm level 50 too and there's plenty to do! Search and explore low level areas such as Wynn and Llevegar, scan the wiki for important information, and attempt to find items that might be important throughout the world. You may not be able to reach high level areas easily, but you can still help!
Currently I've made it to Ahmsord and I'm farming talking mushrooms, and I'm only level 52!

 

how do you download it? I want to figure out easy ways to get to places and look around and stuff, not for ??? Purposes since I'm level 60 and I don't care too much.

Plus I know a guy who made it to cinfras when they were only lvl 30. Secret: horse. Not much can catch you on a horse, just make sure not to get stuck and avoid rivers and long-ranged attackers

Once, I met a french guy on Teamspeak who told me he solved the old ??? quest by using x-ray.
I don't remember his username. I hope he won't attempt to do it again.
Using x-ray or cheats spoils all the fun. I wouldn't do it.

 

No you can just you can't share anything about the quest if you used hacks/mods/downloading the map/ partly loaded chunks
