Website & Forums Images shouldn't count as links

I wanted to create a feedback thread, and to support my suggestion, I added images. Later, I found out that apparently images count as links, and to prevent spam, one needs at least 10 posts before they can post links (and images).

I personally understand that self-promotion or similar stuff is unwanted, and this filter helps combat that, but that images are also blocked is annoying.

Now I have to somehow create 10 posts in order to post the one thread I originally wanted to post.
Sounds like I have to spam to circumvent the spam filter (which feels pretty stupid).

Just bump the thread and in 10 days you can post all the images you like
