Hey Selvut, remember Pisces? Remember how little Spell, Water and Mana Regen it has? Yeah... in my opinion, that thing shouldn't have the requirement of 70 Intelligence.

 

Nahhhh leave the req but instead buff it :( it has so much potential and i would love to use it but.. currently its just so underwhelming... especially post rounding ;D (maybe this kind of stuff will get rebalanced with time though? O.o)

 

It honestly needs either a buff in starts, or lowered in cost.

1/4 Mana Regen, 10% Spell Damage, 8% Water Damage.... maxed.

 

You know it is melee and spell right?
Don’t forget it does both, it is great as a hybrid damage item.

 

i see your point there however i do believe that considering the 140total sp req the advantages you get from it are just too low :(

Seems so, it's neither a buff or a nerf, just switching the skillpoints in a way that makes them equal.

 

Guess centipede needs a buff now that it's the lone +2 armour

 

I mean there might be other changes to it that will result in a nerf (at least i hope that thats the case) because to me 45all feels more like a buff compared to what it was before if this is the only change that took place. 45all means that its more easily accessable right (thats why i would consider it a buff)? The thunder req got lowered and the earth req increased and tier melee builds generally go earth due to thunder weapons already being fast. Since centi is already super strong i really dont think that making it more easily accessable is the only change that selvut would undertake.

 

But it also needs 15 more air if I remember right, which balances it out
