    What do you mean with 'Morph-Steel: 6 all boost to 5 all boost' ? (Doesn't it have a 8 all boost ?)

    These are base values. It has a base of 6 right now. The max for that (6 * 1.3 = 8) is 8 on a very good roll. The new max would be 5 * 1.3, which is 7.

    Apoc has nothing to do with the neutral immunity bug and alka's brokenness is because of the way damage is calculated.
