Hello. I've seen you having trouble knowing what items to buy that has a decent amount of walk speed below the level or at the level of 85. I'm going to tell you what items you want to buy (please note, these items are meant for walk speed ONLY, you will be killed easily with low defense, and you will also not do very much damage).

Helmet - Aries (33%) 128 LE, Level 92
Chestplate - Booster Plate (26%) 64 LE, LEVEL 84
Leggings - Saggitarius (20%) 96 LE, Level 94
Boots - Almuj Walkers (33%), LEVEL 25, Talaria (28%), LEVEL 59, Seven-League Boots (26%), LEVEL 44. Walkers - 100 LE, Talaria - 20 LE, Seven-League Boots - 10 LE

Rings - Raging Wind (16%, you get this from the quest 'Beyond the Grave' so you will have to be lucky and atleast make more than one class), Level 87, if you can't get those, use Stratus (13%), Level 93. Winds- Quest, Stratus - 2.5 LE
Bracelet - Contrail (13%), Level 94. 10 LE (max contrails are almost rare on the server)
Necklace - Autotomized (I think it's 13 walk speed max), LEVEL 73. 3 LE

I also recommend you buying a few walk speed lower items, as they can be VERY, VERY, VERY (do I need more? :P) expensive. Also, this would be for endgame, if you want me to create a lower level build (Lv. 60-80, just ask) I can do that.
