The E-Utils Builder wand is not like the world edit wand omnitool of overpoweredness. The Builder's wand basically lets you extrude a surface. Say I have a 3x1x3 square of cobblestone on the ground (XxYxZ). The Builder's wand would let me click on the top of one of those blocks of cobblestone, and assuming I have 9 cobble in my inventory for placement, it places 9 of them all at once so that I now have a 3x2x3 chunk of cobble on the ground. You can do this on any s8de of a block to extend the entire surface out one block. Useful for making walls and windows, towers, and stuff like that.

Better hit detection. 1.10 pvp could be so much more awesome if that hit detection was perfect

 

Parrying. You could parry people's attacks with shields and get a critical hit. Of course, you would have to have really good timing. I feel it would make the current PvP a lot less sluggish and could end fights much more quickly.
Maybe you could only parry with small shields which don't have as much defense. I dunno, I'm not good with balancing.

 

Health Bars for mobs and at least 1 new boss mob and something higher than diamond tools/armor/weapons

 

I would add mirrors. You can put them on the wall just like paintings.
You craft them with 3 glass panes on one side, 3 iron ingots in the middle and 3 wooden slabs on the other side.

 

Now go ask TangoTek, YouTuber and decent Minecraft mod-maker, how hard that would be to code. He tried.

Good idea, but I'd prefer more customizable settings.
