Very nice. However, I agree with @modern, the meteor could use some work.

That's looking pretty nice, the colors are pretty good, maybe with a little too much contrast.
You might need to make better shadings.
The skeleton is barely visible, you might want to do a more brownish path to correct that.
And as everyone said, the meteor is felling kinda off in the picture, even more when you consider you put it in front of a text box.

I'll rate it a 8/10

I tried to make the picture have room for everything that would be in an actual rpg, including status effects. I presume the ? is nausea...

The only thing I see wrong is the skull is really elongated, but Lazarus' face is very tyrannosaurid. Other than that, it's fantastic!

 

It would have been more accurate if I had made the grid 64x128 instead of 32x64 :p

 

Yeah, Lazarus' skull isunusually short compared to other theropods.

 

Oh yea I was using your picutres as reference (which are a semi3d perspective) and trying to turn it into a 2d character :p so that's why it looks a bit stretched horizontally
