    Location: Bremminglar
    Sells: Anti-Aging Droplet
    Price: 16 LE

    Anti-Aging Droplet:
    Item: Ghast Tear
    Use: When right-clicked, with the item in hand, the item will be used, and erased from the player inventory. It will also reverse the players combat level by one.

    Example:
    Level 104 Jim goes to Bremminglar, and buys an Anti-Aging Droplet. Jim right-clicks, with the droplet in hand. The droplet is now gone, and Jim is level 103 again.

    either you can redo quests and get way too much money or you can't and it's just useless

    Think of the uses you can get by deleveling! You can flex on other level 1s by going into quest reward areas even though they can't!
