Dungeons Ice Barrows Barriers

I was playing on my Mage, going through the ice barrows so I could get a better brown horse for my assassin. I got to the the part where you have to face the three mini-bosses, and go across the ice bridge. I had the luck (and lag) to fall in the water, unable to get back up in time.
When I went to swim out, I couldn't. I suggest removing those barriers around the pool, and instead placing them on the actual mountain/spike thing, so no one could parkour up it. Anyway, those are just my suggestions to make the dungeon better, and less rage-inducing.

 

There is an exit in there that will return you to the start of the room, directly where you would fall down.

 

Is it a teleporter? It didn't trigger for me, and I swam around the edge for a few minutes, I'll try again, thanks.
