I Think I May Have Found A Secret...

In the Llevigar library, there's a button hidden inside of an item frame. When pressing the button, it reads, "This lock requires a certain key. It seems you can't open the door just yet." There's a level 0 name above the room that reads "Library Key", but I don't know how to get to it yet.

Is this for a quest, or did I find a secret? Maybe it's related to "???"?

 

Already found, this opens a lore room with lore on all 4 provinces (Dern's book is destroyed)

Just an easter egg, it gave the first ever important bit of information on Fruma and also revealed the existence of the Corkus Province.

 

Neither, it's important lore to the game, actually.

 

Oh. Cool. How do I access it?

 

Throw the quest reward from the Fortune Teller quest on a hopper in a nearby bookshelf, then climb a ladder up to a room holding the key, then right click the key on the door and press the button.
