I think I’m soft locked? The Envoy Part 1

I started ‘The Envoy Part I’ quest in Corkus. I entered the vent with Maxie when he opened it, but I unfortunately logged off for the night inside the vent. When I logged back on, I was outside the vent. Now I’m unable to get back in. I tried switching servers, classes, lobbys, /kill, and it still won’t let me back in. It just says ‘Find your way out of the vent’. Maxie isn’t there to open the vent for me again. It just replays the citizens running away when I approach.

I genuinely can’t progress. Is this a bug report or a question for here? I think I may need admins to help me.
